Barricaded Woman With Gun Brings Police Response In Philadelphia: Cops

An armed woman threatening to harm herself and others brought a large police response to a Philadelphia neighborhood Thursday morning, July 6, police said.

The call on the 5400 block of Vine Street came in just before 7:20 a.m., bringing a crisis team to the scene.

The woman told police she wanted to harm herself and hat there were other people inside with her, whom she would hurt as well, police said in a release sent just before 10 a.m.
